Results: Net income for Domino’s Pizza Inc. rose to $22.1 million (36 cents per share) vs. $16.6 million (27 cents per share) a year earlier. This is an increase of 33% from the year earlier quarter.

Revenue: Rose 8.3% to $376.3 million from the year earlier quarter.

Actual vs. Wall St. Expectations: DPZ reported adjusted net income of 35 cents per share. By that measure, the company beat the mean estimate of 33 cents per share. Analysts were expecting revenue of $370.1 million.

Quoting Management: J. Patrick Doyle, Domino’s President and Chief Executive Officer, said: “We posted strong global same store sales, international store growth and a 30% increase in EPS in the third quarter. We’re proud of that performance.”
