Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP was picked to audit the firm, executive compensation was approved, and two Class 3 directors, 2 Class 1 directors, and three Class 2 directors were voted to stay on the board.

Chu Kong Shipping Development Company appointed Liu Weiqing as non-executive director and chairman of the board. The appointment is effective as of June 20th 2011.
