QUALCOMM Incorporated (NASDAQ:QCOM): Cowen raised its estimates for Qualcomm and called it their top pick for 2012 citing CDMA-based growth and QTL revenue. Shares are Outperform rated.

NVIDIA Corporation (NASDAQ:NVDA): Goldman recommends avoiding Nvidia given a slower ramp for Tegra, lack of design wins at tablet and handset OEMs, and 28nm yield issues. Shares are Neutral rated with a $14 price target.

Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A): Cowen said any sell off in Agilent following Q4 results would be a buying opportunity. The firm cited strong operating discipline, margin guidance, and momentum crated wit the passage of its 2012 budget. Shares are Outperform rated.

Rocky Brands, Inc.(NASDAQ:RCKY): Baird raised its price target on Rocky Brands following solid Q4 results. The firm cited improved profitability and lower expenses. Baird also cited Rocky Brands growth prospects including new categories, distribution channels, and geographic expansion. Shares are Outperform rated.

NetApp, Inc.(NASDAQ:NTAP): FBN Securities raised its price target and reiterates an Outperform rating on NetApp shares post the company’s Q3 results. The firm believes NetApp’s gross margins will gradually improve as the HDD situation goes into supply/demand balance by mid-2012.
