On Monday, Microsoft said that will begin selling the Surface RT in Russia on April 4th. On its Russian website the company said that M.video stores will sell the RT in Moscow. Beyond that, Microsoft will host a concert by Vera Brezhnev at the Neglinnaya Plaza shopping center on the release date, and said that consumers will be able to familiarize themselves with the tablet at the event.

The satellite radio major is searching for a new chief executive after the exit of Mel Karmazin, according to Variety. Sirius is also poised to buy back as much as $2 billion of its own stock (or 10 percent of its total shares) during the next 12 months, and potentially an additional $2.5 billion in 2014. That move will cause a massive transformation of its capital structure, and potentially drive the long-term direction of its stock price.

Chatter grows in regards to Facebook‘s Android announcement set for Thursday. Last week, TechCrunch, The Wall Street Journal and others said that Facebook would announce a Facebook version of Android that would run on an HTC mobile device (i.e. some kind of Facebook phone). It has been said that the device would open Facebook directly in the phone, without having to go to the Facebook application. And now, a new report published Monday claims to possess specific details of the new device, which will be an HTC phone codenamed “Myst,” reported Android Police. The report lays out purported details of the operating system and how it is tweaked for Facebook, including the details of a Facebook “Home” software designed specifically for the company.
