The Company also conducts exploration and development activities in Ontario, Canada, and Nevada in the United States. Agnico-Eagle’s gold production is primarily from underground mining operations.
- AuRico Gold: The shares are trading at $11.88, up $0.17, or 1.45%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $2.06 billion. The shares have traded in a 52-week range of $6.15 to $14.17. About the company: AuRico Gold, Inc., formerly Gammon Gold, Inc., is a mining company which is also engaged in the exploration for, and development of, gold and silver deposits in Mexico.
