Goldman Analyst Cuts Apple PC Forecast, Argus Likes Boston Properties

Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL): Goldman lowered its 2012 PC unit forecast to 3% growth from 3.3% and 2013 to 8.2% growth from 9.2% and expects Thailand and secular pressures to impact growth.

Boston Properties Inc. (NYSE:BXP): Argus raised its target on Boston Properties after the company tightened its 2012 FFO guidance range, based on a pick-up in the San Francisco market. The firm expects the REIT to beat expectations this year and increase its FFO in 2013. The firm maintains a Buy rating.

HEALTHSOUTH Corp. (NYSE:HLS): Baird said they would be buyers of HealthSouth citing what they believe is mispriced risk to hypothetical MDCR cuts, good volume growth, accelerating free cash flow, and attractive valuation. Shares are Outperform rated.

Interline Brands Inc. (NYSE:IBI): Baird raised its price target on Interline Brands following Q4 results. The firm cited improving fundamentals in major end markets, recent sales and operational investments, and improved operating leverage. Shares are Outperform rated.

Kaydon Corporation (NYSE:KDN): Baird raised its price target on Kaydon following Q4 results. The firm cited its balance sheet recapitalization, solid core industrial fundamentals, and favorable risk/reward. Shares are Outperform rated.
