Groupon Inc (NASDAQ:GRPN): Today, New Enterprise Associates reported a 13.7% passive stake in Groupon. The shares closed at $19.45, down $1.58, or 7.51%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $14.85 to $31.14.

Caesars Entertainment Corporation (NASDAQ:CZR): Following an impressive IPO last week, investors took profits on the fast gains in the stock price. The shares closed at $13.16, down $1.08, or 7.58%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $9.00 to $17.90.

Universal Display Corporation (NASDAQ:PANL): LCD monitor shipments from the top-10 brand vendors and system integrators experienced declines in Q4 and shipments are expected to continue to decline between 3%-5% on quarter and 3% on year in Q1, before experiencing a turnaround in February or March 2012, according to WitsView, reported DigiTimes. The shares closed at $42.95, down $2.51, or 5.52%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $22.73 to $63.58.
