Ford Motor Company (NYSE:F) sales in China rose by 48 percent year-over-year to 60,518 vehicles, along with impressive sales of the Ford Focus model. These figures might have been reinforced by the anti-Japan sentiment stirred up by a dispute over a few sea islands. For its part, Ford will debut two new SUV models in China in the near term.

LeapFrog Enterprises (NYSE:LF) reaches an agreement with Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. (NYSE:LGF) to collaborate in the development of four new animated movies scheduled for early 2014. The Leap, Lily and Tad characters will be featured in the films.
