2) CBS Corp. (NYSE:CBS): Shares of the mass media company are up a slight $0.02 or 0.09% after reporting Q4 earnings that grew over 4 times. Revenue and earnings rose across every business.
3) Williams Companies Inc. (NYSE:WMB): Shares of the natural gas company are up $3.65 or 13.15% after announcing that it intends to split its business into two public companies. The company plans to have one company focus on exploration and production while the other focuses on infrastructure business.
4) Nvidia Corp. (NASDAQ:NVDA): Shares of the provider of visual computing technologies are down $0.08 or 0.34% after reporting a fiscal Q4 earnings rise of 31% on decreasing revenue. A deal with Intel Corp (NASDAQ:INTC) boosted earnings.
