National Semiconductor Corp. (NYSE:NSM) shares were down 0.04% at close, but are already up 0.12% in after-hours trading, with shares currently going for $24.61. National Semi reported their fourth quarter results today with net income down from $79.2 million last year to $67.1 million, a difference of 7 cents a share. Green Mountain Coffee Roasters Inc. (NASDAQ:GMCR) reported today that it had entered into an Amended and Restated Credit Agreement. Pursuant to the agreement, the company has paid back all loans outstanding under the term loan B facility, and has extended the maturity of its term loan A facility, U.S. revolving credit facility, and alternative currency revolving credit facility for another five years. GMCR shares are up 0.25% today.
Nanometrics Inc. (NASDAQ:NANO) announced today the release of NanoCD Suite, a turnkey optical critical dimension (OCD) analysis solution with advanced modeling and recipe building capabilities, incorporating the pre-existing NanoDiffract 3.0. The new software will allow Nanometrics customers to analyze and model hundreds of different structural measurements using a common platform. Investors don’t seem too excited about the news, though, as Nanometrics shares are down 0.48% in after-hours trading.
