IBM and 2 Tech Stocks Leading the DJIA Rally

The Dow Jones Industrial Average (NYSE:DIA) is up today by 1.49% and stands at 11,832. The large stocks below are more of the the positive performers today.

Hewlett Packard (NYSE:HPQ): Hewlett Packard announced yesterday that it will build servers with ARM chips, which means servers could work with less power, space and cooling. The stock is up 2.20% at the moment.

IBM (NYSE:IBM): Big Blue is up with the market, the stock is up nicely since the 2009 depths of the Great Recession. The stock is up 1.80%.

United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX): United is up with the market, and is savoring a rebound after a tough week. United’s fundamentals have been consistently sound in the past decade. The stock is up 2.15%.
