Kevin A Rhein who is Sr. Executive Vice President at Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC), sold 43,000 shares at $29.25 per share for a total value of $1,257,879. The shares recently traded at $29.89, up $0.64, or 2.19% since the insider sale.

Attorney General John Kroger announced that Oregon will join the multi-state agreement with five major financial institutions. Further details will be released next week when they are final, but highlights of the agreement include: An estimated $30M to the State of Oregon; An estimated $100M-$200M in relief to distressed Oregon homeowners; Tough new servicing standards. Kroger said the agreement is not final and that it must be submitted to a federal judge for final approval.

Gregg A Lowe who is Sr. Vice President at Texas Instruments Inc. (NYSE:TXN), sold 60,000 shares at $32.18 per share for a total value of $1,930,914. The shares recently traded at $32.86, up $0.68, or 2.11% since the insider sale.

The acquisition combines Mattel’s global marketing, distribution and brand management capabilities with HIT Entertainment’s global programming and licensing expertise to accelerate growth of the combined portfolio.
