Amazon.com Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Buy. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Buy on October 1, 2013. The stock’s 52-week high is $313.62, and its 52-week low is $218.18. Cramer discussed Amazon as a stock that has consistently been fueled by market expectations and revenue growth rather than profitability, noting that the company has not been profitable since its public debut back in 1997. However, Cramer said that expectations can be enough for an investor to make money, since money made in Amazon is just as good as money made in any other company.
Atmel Corporation (NASDAQ:ATML): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Sell. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Sell on May 9, 2012. The stock’s 52-week high is $8.40, and its 52-week low is $4.37. Cramer said that he would pass on Atmel, claiming that the company was relatively boring at the moment at that there were better places in the market to make money in.
Eaton Corporation (NYSE:ETN): Jim Cramer ranked this stock a Buy. Cramer previously ranked this stock a Buy on August 21, 2013. The stock’s 52-week high is $70.07, and its 52-week low is $43.06. Cramer sat down with Sandy Cutler, the chairman and CEO of Eaton, who said that his company delivered a very strong quarter not only because of rises in sales and profits, but also because of gains in areas that will be good for the company’s longer-term prospects, such as aerospace and global electronics. Cramer said that he thought the company had made good decisions, such as its acquisition of Cooper Industries, and that the share price would be headed higher in the months to come.
