The Walt Disney Company (NYSE:DIS): According to a report released Monday, tablets and computers featuring Microsoft Corporation’s (NASDAQ:MSFT) Windows 8 will also have access to Hulu Plus, because Hulu (NASDAQ:NWSA)(NASDAQ:CMCSA) will introduce its Windows 8 app on October 26th , says TechCrunch.

JPMorgan Chase & Company’s (NYSE:JPM) controversial plan to introduce an exchange-traded fund physically backed by copper has been delayed for the second time by the Securities and Exchange Commission as it set December 14th as a new deadline for which to rule on one of two planned ETFs. The Commission said that it requires additional time to consider the factors surrounding the fund, which has caused worries among domestic copper fabricators in regards to its potential impact on metal flow and prices, commenting that, “The Commission finds it appropriate to designate a longer period within which to issue an order approving or disapproving the proposed fund.”
