A confidential government scorecard released by the the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency has downgraded J.P. Morgan over worries about its management and board, representing a blow to a company that has long been thought one of the best-run on Wall Street, according to The Wall Street Journal.

Traffic to certain website publishers is being artificially inflated by Botnets and other hacker tactics, which is a more and more troubling problem for advertisers who are acquiring digital ads through sophisticated automated systems, said Financial Times, which also reported that advertising executives say that some of the gatekeepers to these systems, which includes Google (NASDAQ:GOOG), Yahoo! (NASDAQ:YHOO) and privately-held OpenX and AppNexusare taking more measures to eliminate fraud than others.
