Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and Jamba (NASDAQ:JMBA) could be the next takeover targets among restaurants and coffee companies, according to Bloomberg. Last year, purchases of American restaurant, tea and coffee companies  hit $6.1 billion, marking the highest level since 2008. Deals are increasing as sales growth at coffee and snack shops are predicted to surpass fast- food chains through 2017, say data from IBISWorld.  Shares closed down 2.06 percent on the day at $10.92, having been traded in a 52-week range of $5.86 to $11.18.

Lionsgate Entertainment (NYSE:LGF): Closing Price $17.31

“Texas Chainsaw 3D” topped the domestic box office with $23 million during its opening weekend, according to an estimate from Lionsgate, to The Los Angeles Times. Shares closed down 0.29 percent on the day at $17.31, and have traded in a 52-week range of $8.36 to $17.38.

ATK won a contract from the United States Air Force Space and Missile Systems Center Defense Weather Systems Directorate to conduct an evaluation of Network-Centric Small Satellites as an element of SMC’s Weather Satellite Follow-On Activities. This study will supply comprehensive insight into the capabilities and characteristics of a 21st century weather data service, which is able to systematically augment the legacy Defense Meteorological Satellite Program.
