Liquid Large Cap Stocks in the Utilities Sector

Wall St. Watchdog reveals information about the most liquid large cap companies in the Utilities sector.  Liquidity is measured by the company’s current ratio, which is the ratio of its current assets to its current liabilities.  Current assets are liquid assets that can be readily converted to cash, or which are cash, and current liabilities are those liabilities (debts) due within the next quarter (90 days).  A current ratio higher than one indicates that the company has more current assets than it does current liabilities.  A current ratio lower than one indicates that the company may have trouble paying its short-term debts with cash and cash equivalents on hand.  The minimum market capitalization for this screen is $10 billion.
