Good friend and super-star Wall St. painter Geoffrey Raymond is annotating his newest painting, a portrait of Lloyd Blankfein, during lunch today in the plaza behind Goldman Sachs (85 Broad). Tomorrow Geoff will be uptown at Morgan Stanley’s office. He is also selling posters (signed and unsigned) on his blog. For VIP treatment, let Geoff know Wall St. Cheat Sheet sent you.
If you aren’t familiar with Geoff’s work, he received a papparazi-like barrage of press during the Great Crash of 2008 with his annotated portraits of Dick Fuld, Alan Greenspan, Ben Bernanke, and other characters (villians?) from the financial debacle.
We have an interview with Geoff in the works, but until then, go meet him in person and become a part of history.
