Navistar International Corp. (NYSE:NAV): After the EPA issued its final rule regarding penalties for trucks that don’t comply with emission standards, Wells Fargo thinks that the cash impact on Navistar could be manageable, as long as the company starts the production of compliant vehicles by mid-3Q13 and does not encounter any additional substantial cash outflow. The firm believes that the final rule is positive for the company but keeps a Market Perform rating on the stock.
