A lot of investors like to consider the size of the stake that insiders hold in a company.  As with Goldilocks and her porridge, investors want insiders to hold some stake, but not so much of a stake that they override other shareholders.  Following is a list of large cap companies whose insiders own at least 10% of the company’s stock:
