Jefferies said that Pacira Pharmaceuticals Inc. remains a top small cap and raised their price target for shares from $22 to $24. The firm believes Pacira’s recent financing was done at favorable terms and removed an overhang on the stock.

Akorn Inc. (NASDAQ:AKRX): Current price $14.20
Following the company’s fiscal year 2013 guidance call, Leerink said that Akron Inc.’s long-term fundamentals remain unchanged. The firm thinks that management met expectations on the top line, provided a reasonable explanation on margins, and slightly disappointed on manufacturing capacity expansion. Leerink raised their price target for Akorn shares from $14-$15 to $16 and keeps an Outperform rating on the name.
Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM): Current price $169.63
After meeting with management and performing channel checks with partners, Jefferies said that they remain positive on Salesforce.com. The firm upped their price target for shares and keeps a Buy rating on the stock.
Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd. (NASDAQ:MPEL): Current price $19.86
Wells Fargo increased their valuation range on Melco Crown Entertainment Ltd., as the firm thinks the stock could continue to outperform, due partly to the company’s higher than expected fourth quarter earnings per share, a bullish outlook for Macau and a strong project pipeline. The firm reiterates an Outperform rating on the shares.
