In mid-day trading, Skyworks (NASDAQ:SWKS) is down 2% to $20.59, Cirrus Logic (NASDAQ:CRUS) is down by 2.2% to $27.98, and Broadcom (NASDAQ:BRCM) is down 1.43% to 34.12.

Street parking app developer Streetline has raised $25 million in Series C financing led by True Ventures, with both old and new investors participating. Pro-rata follow-on investments were made by Sutter Hill Ventures, RockPort Capital Partners and Fontinalis Partners, while new investors included Citi and Qualcomm Incorporated .

Cryptography Research, Inc., a division of Rambus Inc. (NASDAQ:RMBS) and ALi Corporation (3041 TT), a leading provider of set-top box (STB) system-on-chip (SoC) solutions, announced that ALi has completed integration of the CRI CryptoFirewall™ security technology into their multimedia STB SOC products. The CryptoFirewall core will be available in the ALi DVB-S2, DVB-C, DVB-T2, ISDB-T, and IP STB chipsets beginning in 2013.
