Chrysler (FIATY.PK), a leader in the US minivan market, will unveil a premium version of its Town & Country minivan this week at the Los Angeles Auto Show. The 2013 Town & Country S will retail for about $2000 more than the base variant and will feature a Blu-ray DVD player as a standard fitting.

ADT (NYSE:ADT) reports fourth-quarter net profit of $94 million, a figure which is up 1.1%. Average revenue per customer climbs 4.4% to $38.87 while customer accounts are up 1.1% to 6.4 million. Revenue is expected to grow in the range 4.9-5.2% in FY 2013.
