ARM and Broadcom Corp. announced that Broadcom has licensed the ARMv7 and ARMv8 architectures. A release has revealed that the agreement will allow Broadcom to develop and build its own processors based on the ARM architecture.
QUALCOMM Incorporated (NASDAQ:QCOM): Current Price: $64.10
The company is currently slated to Q1 2013 results on January 30, 2013, at 1pm PST (4:00pm EST). As of now, market expectations have Qualcomm reporting an EPS of $1.12 on revs of $5.9 billion. EPS has seen a 25.8 percent rise over the previous quarter and 15.5 percent from the same period the previous year.

The company’s flagship product AbilityScreenTM is a cloud-‐based technical assessment service that is used by companies to evaluate technical job candidates.
Seagate Technology PLC (NASDAQ:STX): Current Price: $34.21
The company continues to move forward as a way to complete the acquisition of LaCie, and the two companies had a joint presence at CES 2013. Mainly, the companies possess complementary lineups. There are two areas of overlap, namely, the external hard drive space and the entry-level business NAS systems and network attached hard disks. In the former space, LaCie differentiates by providing different aesthetics to the case itself.
