S&P 500 (NYSE:SPY) component Sealed Air Corp. (NYSE:SEE) will unveil its latest earnings on Wednesday, July 27, 2011. Analyst Ratings: Analysts seem relatively indifferent about Sealed Air with five of nine analysts surveyed maintaining a hold rating.
Revenue has risen the past four quarters. Revenue increased 6.3% to $1.13 billion in first quarter. The figure rose 5.5% in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year from the year earlier, climbed 4.6% in the third quarter of the last fiscal year from the year-ago quarter and 6% in the second quarter of the last fiscal year.
The company has now seen net income fall in each of the last two quarters. In the first quarter, net income fell 2.5% from the year earlier quarter, while the figure dropped 21.2% in the fourth quarter of the last fiscal year.
