LVS shares closed at $51.91, up $0.84, or 1.64%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $38.04 billion.

Google Inc (NASDAQ:GOOG): A German judge, responding to a patent lawsuit by Motorola Mobility (NYSE:MMI), has issued a permanent injunction against Apple’s (NASDAQ:AAPL) use of a push e-mail service in Germany, according to Foss Patents. As a result, Germans who have Apple mobile devices will likely have to check for their e-mails on those devices, instead of being informed automatically when they receive e-mails, said the publication, which explained that the ruling will be enforced upon a request from Motorola.

The shares closed at $596.33, up $11.22, or 1.92%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $193.89 billion.

Amazon.com, Inc. (NASDAQ:AMZN): According to sources close to the matter, Viacom (NYSE:VIA) Chairman Sumner Redstone is expected to approve a subscription revenue agreement with Amazon (NASDAQ:AMZN), and say the companies are putting “the final touches” on a deal, the New York Post reports. Viacom already has streaming agreements with Hulu (NYSE:DIS) (NASDAQ:NWSA) (NASDAQ:CMCSA) and Netflix (NASDAQ:NFLX).

The shares closed at $187.68, up $5.96, or 3.28%, on the day. Its market capitalization is $85.39 billion.
