The shares closed at $19.21, up $2.12, or 12.4%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $16.16 to $36.97.

Forest City Enterprises, Inc. (NYSE:FCE.B): Forest City Enterprises announced that its board of directors has determined to reduce the size of the board from the current 15 authorized seats to 13, effective with the company’s annual meeting of shareholders in June 2012.

The shares closed at $14.87, up $1.70, or 12.91%. They have traded in a 52-week range of $9.48 to $19.26.
