Rockwood is looking at a divestiture of its ceramic-materials division, which brings $550 million in annual revenue, according to three knowledgeable sources to Bloomberg. Shares closed up 7.9 percent on the day at $59.43, having been traded in a 52-week range of $40.52 to $57.00.
