Stock Insights Mar 12th: Microsoft, Harley-Davidson, Anthera, Peregrine, Regeneron

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT): Citigroup continues to view Windows 8 as a positive catalyst for Microsoft shares and says it remains a buyer of the stock. The firm believes that below $40, Microsoft shares are pricing in declines in Windows.

Anthera Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANTH): Deutsche Bank lowered its price target for shares of Anthera Pharmaceuticals to $4 from $14 after the company’s VISTA-16 trial failed.
