Sources to The Wall Street Journal report that NBC (NASDAQ:CMCSA) had a brief conversation with the CNNanchor Anderson Cooper’s representatives concerning his interest in moving to the broadcast network, including a potential role on the Today show. Any role on that program would be after Matt Lauer leaves the show, said one source, while another source said that Cooper is not interested in the job.
