Wall St. Watchdog reveals information on insider sales registered with the SEC in February:

Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ:MSFT): Immersion (NASDAQ:IMMR) announced that it has filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission against Motorola Mobility (NYSE:MMI). The complaint alleges that certain Motorola Mobility Android-based smartphones infringe six Immersion patents that cover various uses of haptic effects in connection with touchscreens. Immersion has also filed a patent infringement complaint against Motorola Mobility in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Gates, William sold 5,000,000 shares at a market price of $29.43 on Jan 25th 2012, for a total cost of $147,143,000.

Motorola Mobility Holdings Inc (NYSE:MMI):

Icahn, Carl sold 1,109,705 shares at market prices between $38.75 and $38.86 on Jan 30th 2012, for a total cost of $43,047,348.

Sherwin Williams Co (NYSE:SHW):

Connor, Christopher sold 295,000 shares at market prices between $96.77 and $97.30 on Feb 1st 2012, for a total cost of $28,556,941.
