  • The shares trade on an American exchange.
  • Market capitalization is at least $1 billion.
  • The sector in which the company operates is Utilities.  The Utilities sector includes all companies that operate in the following industries: Electric Utilities, Natural Gas Utilities, Water & Other Utilities, and Multiline Utilities.
