Toyota EXPANDS Global Sales Forecast and 2 Morning Hot Stocks Attracting Attention

UBS (NYSE:UBS) intends to take legal recourse against stock exchange operator Nasdaq OMX Group (NASDAQ:NDAQ) in a bid to recover losses of 349 million Swiss francs ($357 million) due to the botched trades in Facebook’s (NASDAQ:FB) IPO.

Strong vehicle sales in emerging markets encourage Toyota (NYSE:TM) to better its initial global sales forecast for 2012 from 8.58 million to 8.8 million units, according to a report in the Yomiuri newspaper. Including sales of Daihatsu and Hino, the aggregate group output for 2012 is now foreseen at 10 million units, up from the previous 9.58 million.

Enbridge Energy Partners (NYSE:EEP) reports a Q2 earnings beat at $0.33 share. Though revenues fell by about 35 percent y-on-y to $1.55 billion, and missed by $0.22 billion,  EEP upped its cash distribution by 2.1 percent to $0.5435 a unit.
