  • EPS Change for the year over year period, in percentage terms, is greater than 1%.
  • The exchange is not over the counter (also known as the pink sheets).
  • The stock trades on an American exchange.
  • The company operates in the Technology sector.
  • The company’s market capitalization is greater than $500 million.

Note that a company that has two consecutive years of negative earnings per share can appear in this list, if its “improvement” (i.e., a lower loss) for the year over year period is sufficiently high to warrant inclusion in this list.
