The soccer games continue for two more weeks, and the Olympics take place this summer. The shares traded up $0.04 (0.08%) recently at $47.13.

News Corp. (NASDAQ:NWSA) claims its board of directors have approved a change in the Management and Standards Committee’s reporting structure, calling for the MSC to report directly to New Corp. Senior Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel Gerson Zweifach.The company states, “This shift will enable the Company to consolidate its efforts with respect to ongoing UK and related investigations within its legal group, which Mr. Zweifach has led since joining News Corporation in February.” The shares traded up $0.01 (0.05%) recently at $20.08.
