Investment analysts at Stifel Nicolaus decided to raise their price target price on shares Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE:BUD) shares from $94 to $112 in a note that was issued to investors on Wednesday after the firm met with the company’s CFO. Stifel Nicolaus believes that there is more upside for Anheuser-Busch as the Grupo Modelo purchase continues to appear more promising. Stifel Nicolaus cited its pro forma Modelo estimates and its estimate for high single digit EBITDA growth. If the Modelo deal fails, Stifel has stated that it would likely revise its target and view the high $80s as an attractive risk/reward ratio for the shares. The firm reiterates its Buy rating on AB InBev.
