In the clip, Umansky presses Richards for information about her private life, but Richards makes it clear she’s keeping it to herself. She later revealed that she had dated since ending her romance with Umansky. The only difference is that she knows how to practice discretion and keep things quiet. Her husband of 27 years doesn’t seem to be the least bit interested in being discreet.
Richards went on to explain that she doesn’t think it’s necessary for Umansky to be so blatant about his dating life. He has been pretty open recently, flaunting his many romances and purposefully hitting up hotspots where he knows the paparazzi will catch him and whoever he is romancing at the moment.

Richards admits the whole thing makes her a bit uncomfortable, but she was more focused on how her daughters might feel about seeing their father date so openly and aggressively. After all, there must be conflicting feelings and a bit of confusion. The fact that neither Richards nor Umansky has signaled a true end to their partnership by filing for divorce certainly makes things a bit more awkward.
Umansky and Richards met in 1995 and wed the following year. Together, they built businesses, became reality TV stars, and expanded the family, then called it quits after 27 years. The couple shares daughters Farrah, Alexia, Sophia, and Portia. The couple’s youngest daughter, Portia, is still just 17. The couple’s older children are all adults.
