The follies and fodder from President Donald Trump is a treasure trove of cringe-worthy comedy. For the past two years, Trump provided a number of moments that not only made for comedic gold but proves this is the most cringy president ever. Even though there are so many, here are nine of Trump’s “greatest hits.”

Boarding Airforce One with toilet paper on his shoe

No one could have told Trump he had some toilet paper stuck to the bottom of his shoe? Nope. Trump trudged up the stairs of Airforce One, dragging along an unwanted friend, The Washington Post reports. Trump was departing from Minneapolis-Saint Paul International Airport as a number of people just watched it happen.

Overshooting it with the handshake

Trump’s signature “grab and pull” handshake gets out of control, especially with world leaders. But he really went over the top when he preoccupied Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe’s hand during this awkward 19-second handshake. Abe’s face says it all once he was finally able to release his trapped appendage.

Trump is clearly distracted by cake

While having the “most beautiful piece of chocolate cake that you’ve ever seen,” Trump ordered a missile strike in Syria, CNN reports. He talked cake and air strikes with Fox Business and really set the scene, “I was sitting at the table. We had finished dinner. We’re now having dessert. And we had the most beautiful piece of chocolate cake that you’ve ever seen and President Xi was enjoying it.”

The swat that was seen around the world

First Lady Melania Trump made her position well known when she famously swatted her husband’s hand away when he fumbled to hold her’s, Vogue reports. Twitter went wild and meme-world exploded with posts of Trump holding leader’s hands or the hand swat revved up to repeat.

Showing love for white nationalists

Trump shared his words of “wisdom” following the clash in Charlottesville when white nationalists stormed the city. Initially, he would not denounce the white nationalists. But eventually, he went on an unhinged, off-script tirade calling white nationalists among the “very fine people” swept up in the scuffle, CNN reports.

Stumbling or grossly mispronouncing words

Trump has many big hits in the “can’t pronounce the word” category. He isn’t clear on how the word, “anonymous” is pronounced (although he tried a few times to get it right). He also can’t figure out how to say Beyonce either. He also doesn’t know how to pronounce the state Nevada. And in case he doesn’t know yet–this isn’t how you pronounce Tanzania.

Paper towels can fix hurricane devastation

If you’ve ever been through a hurricane you know how important it is to have a bunch of paper towels on hand. Actually, not really. But don’t tell Trump that. He bragged about the aid given to Puerto Rico. And when he started whipping rolls of paper towels at ravaged hurricane survivors, he said, “They had these beautiful soft towels, paper towels,” CNN reports. Trump said the crowd was screaming, he was having fun and so were they! He claimed the people were screaming, “Throw them to me, throw them to me!” What else could he do but oblige?

Name calling and mocking people

Trump has done his share of name-calling and mocking people. In fact, The New York Times created a list in 2016 of the 487 people, place and things Trump has mocked. This includes bashing folks from within the Republican party to the mainstream media.

Most recently he mocked the testimony of Dr. Christine Blasey Ford ABC News reports. However, talk show host and comedian Seth Myers said this behavior shouldn’t come as a surprise. “So Republicans have been losing their minds over the Kavanaugh allegations, and last night Trump took his meltdown to a new level, openly mocking Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s testimony at a rally in Mississippi,” Meyers said, ABC News recounts. “I mean that’s the president of the United States openly mocking a survivor of sexual assault. There is no rock bottom for this guy. Rock bottom is where he jumped from.”

Hugging the flag

We all love America. But Donald Trump really “loves” America and he’s here to prove it. By hugging the American flag. He’s gone all in with the flag a few times, practically mauling the fabric, according to The Cut.
