Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. (NYSE:AMD) price target was lowered by JMP Securities following its negative preannouncement regarding results for its June quarter. The firm keeps its Underperform rating on the stock. The company’s price target was also reduced by Susquehanna due to its disappointing Q2 revenue. The firm keeps a Neutral rating because the company is currently reforming a long-term strategy which is still unclear, and it views AMD’s 8% spending cut as Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) announces a $4B manufacturing investment as ironic. Credit Suisse also lowered AMD’s price target to $6 from $8.

Qlik Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:QLIK) has pre- announced a revenue shortfall which it credits to weakness on difficult purchasing requirements during the conclusion of the quarter. According to CLSA, underlying secular dynamics around Business Discovery remain solid and European risks have already been priced into the shares. The firm gives the shares a Buy rating and drops its price target from $32 to $25.
