The Expanse is an American sci-fi series that premiered in 2015. The TV show is set three hundred years in the future, when humans have colonized the solar system. Simmering unease among Earth, Mars, and the planets in the asteroid belt reaches a boiling point when a freighter is attacked and a woman goes missing, leading to the discovery of a conspiracy that could destroy humanity.

The critically acclaimed series appeared on Syfy for the first three seasons and moved to Amazon Prime Video for the final three.
