3 Stocks Making Moves After Hours: MSFT, INTC, SIRI
Microsoft Corp. (NASDAQ:MSFT) shares are flat after hours after the company held an analyst meeting late Wednesday. Yesterday, the software giant launched Windows 8 with tablet capabilities. The operating system has rejuvenated hope Microsoft can expand from PCs to tablets to challenge iPad parent Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL). Microsoft is trading down 0.16% while Apple is also trading down 0.15%.
Intel (NASDAQ:INTC) said it plans a public offering of senior unsecured 5-year, 10-year and 30-year notes. “Each tranche will be at, or greater than, the benchmark size of at least $500 million,” said Intel. Shares of INTC are flat after hours.
Sirius XM (NASDAQ:SIRI) is flat after offering Wall Street 2012 guidance for revenue growth of 10%, adjusted EBITDA growth of 20%, and free cash flow growth of 75%, to $700 million. Sirius’s stock has been slammed since the start of June.
