RBC Capital has decided to lower its price target on Blue Nile following the company’s reports of weaker Q4 results than predicted. However, the firm has stated that the company’s international sales saw a 25 percent boost year-over-year during Q4, and its new customers increased 18 percent last year. The firm keeps its Outperform rating on the stock.

Jefferies is convinced that Apple’s 4.8 inch iPhone 6 will not launch until June 2014 as a result of screen yield issues. The firm has stated that it continues to be concerned in regards to slowing demand and margin pressure and adds that the iPhone 6 has the potential to harm Apple’s gross margin by a minimum of 200 basis points. Jefferies continues to have a Hold rating and a $500 price target on the stock.

RBC Capital thinks that the success of Lionsgate’s Ender’s Game movie along with the possibility that its Divergent film could cause investors to value the company more as a multiple of EBITDA than as a sum of its parts. The firm keeps its Outperform rating and decided to raise its price target to $21 from $18 on the stock.

Broadcom announced a new 4G LTE advanced modem that is targeted toward the mobile market, influencing RBC Capital to think that this new product has the potential to land the company its first deal with Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL). The firm believes that Apple is sampling the product and it keeps its Outperform rating and a $45 price target on the stock.
