The silver screen isn’t the only place that Asgardian superhero Thor will be be coming to this fall. Walt Disney Co. (NYSE:DIS) announced on its Disney Parks blog that Thor will also be landing at DisneylandThe Hollywood Reporter reports.

While the blog is so far offering scant details on what the exhibit will ultimately entail, the website says visitors to Disneyland “will be able to visit Asgard this fall and come face-to-face with the Mighty Avenger, Thor.” The blog promises new information and details in September.

With Disney and Marvel’s Thor: The Dark World, the sequel to 2011′s Thor, set to be released in theaters November 8, Disney is banking on further incorporating the Marvel universe under its umbrella that already includes 14 theme parks around the world along with merchandising, publishing, TV, and more.

Disney’s new Thor exhibit is actually the second of two future Marvel crossovers in addition to another that’s already been implemented earlier this summer at Disneyland: Iron Man Tech Presented by Stark IndustriesThe Iron Man exhibit this summer allowed visitors to view character Tony Stark’s Hall of Armor and virtually step inside the Mark 42 armor from Iron Man 3.

The other Marvel character planning a crossover to the Disney world is Captain America, who will be appearing at the Avengers Academy on the re-imagined Disney Magic, Disney’s cruise liner.

Thor: The Dark World sees the return of actors Chris Hemsworth, Natalie Portman, and Tom Hiddleston, along with new director Alan Taylor, who most recently directed several episodes of HBO’s wildly popular Game of Thrones, according to a press release. The film takes place one year after the events of The Avengers; Thor is forced into battle in order to save the nine realms as an enemy older than the universe itself descends upon it.

The first film, directed by actor and director Kenneth Branagh, was a huge success for Disney, bringing in $449 million worldwide. However, Thor: The Dark World has reportedly been plagued by rumors of production issues.
