How Old Is Clint Eastwood and How Many Kids Does He Have?
His years on the big screen span decades; his years behind the camera, almost as long. But, Clint Eastwood doesn’t seem to be satisfied with the thought of retiring. He keeps acting, directing, and producing, even at the age of 91.
Through his lifetime he has been married and divorced twice and had at least four other lovers with whom he has had a total of eight children, that we know of. Wikipedia says the number of his children is undetermined.
Two marriages resulted in three children
Eastwood married his first wife, Maggie Johnson, in 1953. They were married for 30 years and had two children, Kyle, born in 1968 and Alison, born in 1972.
Kyle is a jazz musician having contributed to some of his dad’s movies including Million Dollar Baby, Gran Torino, and J. Edgar.
Alison is a model and actress who also produces and directs. She is currently married to chainsaw sculpturist Stacy Poitras.
Eastwood later married Dina Ruiz, a reporter and news anchor turned actress who is 35 years his junior, in 1996. Together they have one daughter, Morgan. They were divorced in 2014.
Morgan, now 22, has pretty much stayed out of the limelight, although she appeared in some of her father’s films as a child including Million Dollar Baby and Changeling.
Affairs, mistresses, and more children
During Eastwood’s marriage to Johnson, he had at least two affairs. One with Roxanne Tunis which resulted in one child, Kimber Tunis (Eastwood), born in 1964. Kimber is a make-up artist and producer. She has been married three times, currently to actor/producer Shawn Midkiff.
Eastwood also had a lengthy well-known relationship with actress/director Sandra Locke. The two played lovers on the Big Screen during the 1970s in The Outlaw of Josey Wales, The Gauntlet, and The Shadow of Chikara, which apparently transferred into a personal relationship in real life. They had no children together.
While still involved with Locke, Eastwood also had an affair with Jacelyn Reeves, a flight attendant. They had two children, Scott Eastwood, born in 1986, and Kathryn Reeves, born in 1988.
Scott is probably the best-known of Eastwood’s kids. He’s an actor and a model in his own right with at least five major motion pictures to his credit including The Fate of the Furious, Overdrive, and Pacific Rim Uprising. He has appeared in BMW commercials and was the cover story of the Men’s Journal in April, 2018.
Scott’s younger sister, Kathryn, was once Miss Golden Globe, which is often offered to the daughters of film or television stars. She also appeared in the film Jersey Boys.
After his divorce from Johnson and his break-up with Locke, Eastwood had a five-year relationship with actress Frances Fisher from 1990-1995. Together they have one daughter, Francesca Eastwood who was born in 1993.
Being the daughter of two Hollywood actors Francesca, 25, is following suit. She has appeared in the TV series Fargo and Twin Peaks.
The child he didn’t know about for more than 30 years
In 1954 Laurie was born. She has not publicly shared the name of her mother, who had an affair with Eastwood during the same year of his first marriage. Laurie was raised by adopted parents. He didn’t learn of his daughter, who now goes by Laurie Eastwood, until she was in her ’30s. He welcomed her with open arms when he learned of her and there’s no denying she’s his daughter, you just need to look at their baby blues!
Clint Eastwood has three grandchildren. Kimber has a son, Clinton Eastwood Gaddie who is 34. Graylen Spencer Eastwood is Kyle’s 24-year-old son. And Titan Wraith Eastwood was born in Sept. 2018 and is Francesca’s first child.
