Let’s be honest: We all have unusual eating habits. Whether it’s drinking the leftover pickle juice, eating pizza with a fork or splitting open our Oreos, all of us have done things with food that stray from the norm. But these rituals from the Kardashian-Jenners are just downright bizarre. Here are seven of the famous family’s strangest food habits.

Kourtney Kardashian’s unique way of eating a Kit Kat

Kourtney eats Kit Kats in a way that Entertainment Tonight says is “borderline insane.”

In 2016, the Poosh founder shared a video on YouTube where she detailed her six-step method of eating the chocolate bar, which she learned from her little sister Kim Kardashian West when they were kids.

She began by splitting one Kit Kat from the bar before eating the chocolate off of each end and side. Then she ate it layer by layer before finishing off the middle piece. Kourtney explained that once a person tries it, they will never eat a Kit Kat the same way ever again.

Kylie Jenner’s, uh, interesting relationship with chocolate

You know Kylie as a reality star, makeup mogul, and mom of the super adorable Stormi Webster. But she’s also been described as an “avid baker.” Over the years, she’s shown off many of her creations — from cakes and pies to cookies and cupcakes. But this doesn’t mean she’s a fan of all sweets. Seventeen Magazine reports that she, for one, hates chocolate cake.

However, Kylie loves chocolate. In fact, Us Weekly reports that her kitchen cabinet is largely devoted to various forms of it — from white to dark. When it’s baked, though, Kylie apparently just can’t get into it.

Kim Kardashian West’s M&M hack

In November 2019, Kim told fans in a video posted to Twitter that they should microwave their M&Ms for 30 seconds to warm the inside and get it all “melty.”

“The goal is to be warm and melty on the inside, but crunchy on the outside. This is my secret of life, you guys,” she explained while snacking on the candies. “It’s so satisfying in your mouth. Please try it someone.”

Celebrities and fans alike took Kim up on the offer but not everyone had positive things to say.

Kendall Jenner drinks a lot of tea

We love a good cup of tea (or two), but there are limits to how much you should drink. Nutritionist Naomi Mead told Good Housekeeping in 2016 that she recommends no more than four cups a day — and though she admitted that it depends on the person, it seems like Kendall might be overdoing it.

The model basically told E! News in 2014 that she’s a big tea aficionado and that she usually has “like 12 cups a day.”

Hopefully, it’s at least decaf.

Kourtney Kardashian has another strange candy trick

If you thought that Kit Kat thing was weird, wait until you see what Kourt does to her Reese’s.

In 2016, she shared another video on YouTube demonstrating how she eats the peanut butter cups. Like Kit Kats, she eats all of the chocolate from the exterior first. But once she gets down to the peanut butter round, she breaks it apart with her fingers and eats it piece by piece rather than popping it into her mouth. It is truly torturous.

Kylie Jenner probably eats her cereal a lot differently than you

In 2018, Kylie wrote on Twitter than she had never had cereal with milk. It came as a major shock to fans because… who hasn’t had it that way?? But as it turns out, it wasn’t totally Kylie’s fault. Kris Jenner told E! News that she never gave her daughter the classic combo when she was a kid.

“I let the kid eat dry cereal and I think it just kind of stuck with her,” the momager explained.

After making the revelation, Jenner was gifted 16 boxes of various cereals, according to The Blast. But who knows if she used milk.

And then there’s Khloé Kardashian, who does something strange with her Oreos

Staying organized is essential — we know that. But who knew that cookies needed to be arranged? Khloé made headlines in 2015 when she posted a photo showing huge jars filled with her favorite kinds of cookies, including Oreos. They were stacked in the most perfect order we have personally ever seen.

Fans were totally appalled and shared their thoughts on social media, leading Khloé to capitalize on the moment in true Kardashian fashion by putting a tutorial on YouTube. It doesn’t get more strange than that, folks.
