90 Day Fiancé fans are starting to get frustrated with Libby Potthast, Andrei Castravet, and the Potthast family writ large. The drama has been nonstop since Andrei suggested he get involved in the family business. Chuck Potthast is now trying to teach Andrei the ropes. However, Andrei’s approach to work isn’t exactly organized or professional,  and Charlie Potthast and the others aren’t having it. Now, following an altercation on a boat, tensions are rising, and Andrei is threatening to dig up dirt on the Potthast family.

The relationship between Libby Potthast’s family and her 90 Day Fiancé husband, Andrei Castravet, has been sour for some time. The Potthasts even spent time running background checks on Andrei — something he did not appreciate.

Since then, and following additional arguments, Andrei Castravet has revealed his intention to dig into the Potthast family history. And he says there’s a lot to show the world.

“I’m gonna dig into your past how you dig into mine,” Castravet said of the Potthast family during an interview with Entertainment Tonight. “I already know a lot of stuff and feel like there’s a lot of surprises coming up over here, the other siblings are gonna get a bit exposed.”

“I mean if you walk into it, that’s on you,” Libby Potthast said of Andre exposing her siblings.

This distrust and conflict has arisen as a result of Andrei Castravet wanting in on the family business and asking Chuck Castravet for $100,000.

‘90 Day Fiancé’ Andrei Castravet wants in on the family business

Since marrying Libby Potthast on 90 Day Fiancé, Andrei Castravet has had his eye on the family real estate business. However, Chuck and Charlie Potthast have been resistant to the idea. Recently, however, Chuck has decided to take Andrei under his wing and show him the business from top to bottom.

Andrei Castravet, however, seems to think that certain types of work are below him. For example, Charlie Potthast once walked in on Andrei “demolishing” a kitchen supposedly under Chuck’s orders. Charlie noted that this wasn’t the case, and that Andrei was doing poor work that he didn’t understand.

Notably, Andrei removed doors from a fridge and tried demolishing the kitchen with the gas still on, endangering himself and the property.

“Dude, even if my dad tells you to do something you still gotta run it by me because you don’t really have any experience doing this. I know how to do this. Have you ever messed with a gas stove? You’re going to demolish this wall with a gas stove?” asked Charlie, before pointing out that the gas was still on.

Andrei Castravet got huffy and threw around a bunch of four letter words before saying he was overqualified to work on demolition anyway. He then stormed out of the house.

Andrei Castravet’s attempts to wiggle his way into the Potthast family business has not gone over well with Libby Potthast’s siblings. The tensions came to a head on a recent 90 Day Fiancé episode in which a sibling argument got physical

“You’re always gonna cry and dad’s always gonna feel sorry for you and give you and your husband whatever you want. Don’t believe her dad,” Rebecca Potthast told Libby Potthast during a boat ride.

The argument quickly escalated, with Libby Potthast frustratedly tossing the drink in her glass at her sister’s legs. Rebecca then threw her drink and lunged at her sister, slapping and pushing at her. The two were quickly separated.

Chuck Potthast told everyone that unless they could get their act together and behave like a family, then he’d pull the business out from under them.
