’90 Day Fiance’: Are Rebecca and Zied Still Together?

Is it just us or do the stories on 90 Day Fiance get crazier and crazier? One of the most interesting storylines on this season of 90 Day Fiance: Before the 90 Days, was Rebecca Parrott and Zied Hakimi’s. Not because of the age difference (which is pretty standard for the show) or the fact that they were from two completely different cultures, but because Parrott was still married to a different guy from another country.

But somehow the couple still managed to work things out and remain together throughout the season. But are they still together now that filming has ended?

There were many issues with Parrott and Hakimi’s relationship. The first of which being that Parrott severely doctored the pictures that she sent Hakimi, using filters to make herself look almost unrecognizable. But, ultimately, Hakimi still accepted her when he saw her in person.

The next issue between the two was their cultural differences. At one point, they got into a big argument when Parrott decided to wear something that Hakimi thought was too risque.

Parrott was immediately upset because the behavior reminded her of her controlling ex-husband. She later took to Instagram to explain the whole situation and her reaction.

“To clarify a little…. please understand that I know I was wrong for what I did. Zied never told me what to wear in all the time we were together before this,” she said in a video. “And my ex was very controlling. So I reacted very badly. I respect him and his culture and I made a bad decision. Keep watching.”

“I should have respected what Zied told me,” she continued. “There’s a lot that you don’t see that went into that scene, but let me explain a little bit so I don’t get quite as much hate for this… It was a bad reaction on my part and I should not have argued the way that I did.”

People also accused Hakimi of abusing Parrott throughout the season. But she denied those allegations.

“I need to make something VERY CLEAR,” she wrote on Instagram. “Zied has NEVER been abusive. Zied would NEVER be abusive. This is dangerous to make light of and it needs to stop now. I understand that the preview was misleading. However the scene in its full entirety was very clear! Zied was apologizing to me and I was the one who pulled away from him. I was angry, not Zied. As an abuse survivor in previous relationships, I would never allow this, and would never make excuses for it.”

“It is never okay to be in any relationship that is even slightly abusive,” she continued. “Reality tv likes to create drama, and did that with the preview. The scene in its entirety, clearly shows Zied was not being abusive in ANY way. Be responsible with your accusations.”

Are Rebecca Parrott and Zied Hakimi still together?

Yesterday, Parrott took to Instagram to reveal that she and Hakimi are still going strong.

“I’m soooo happy to be able to wear my ring and not hide this anymore!” she captioned a photo of her and her giant rock. ” @tlc_90day_zied and I are still together and SOOO MACHH in love. Thank you to everyone for all the wonderful messages of support and well-wishes! We are so happy. Now all you girls can stop messaging him. I have been reading all your messages the whole time and some of y’all need Jesus.”
