The couple made their season 9 debut in episode 3 last Sunday, and many fans noticed something about Ariela: she looked different. As fans of The Other Way may recall, Ariela gave birth to her and Bini’s son, Avi, via emergency C-section in Bini’s home country of Ethiopia back in 2019. After her pregnancy, Ariela shed 50 pounds and wowed fans with her new physique. Many begged Ariela to share her weight loss secrets.
As Screen Rant noted, Ariela revealed that she and Bini often worked out together in the months following her C-section, and she stayed mindful of her diet. Plus, she found another surprising way to lose weight: breastfeeding.
“Breastfeed if you want to lose baby weight. Also, weight training helps a lot. I don’t eat much late at night,” she wrote on an Instagram Stories Q&A at the time.
Ariela also shared some wisdom with fans asking about her weight loss, writing, “My first advice is don’t equate your worth with your weight because they have nothing to do with one another.”
Ariela Weinberg denied plastic surgery rumors — but she did confirm Botox and a Brazilian Butt Lift
As Ariela showed off her stunning transformation on 90 Day Fiancé, many fans wondered if she had any plastic surgery to change her look. The reality star has adamantly denied going under the knife. However, she did reveal via Instagram comments back in September 2021 that she had gotten Botox injections under her eyes, around her jaw, and around her lips. Ariela shared that she wanted lip injections to improve her smile, and the fillers gave her relief from Temporomandibular Joint disorder in her face.
More recently, Ariela shared that she had received a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) with a filler known as Sculptra. As Monsters and Critics notes, the reality star reshared an Instagram Stories post in March 2022 from her aesthetician’s office with video footage of her procedure.

As seen on The Other Way Season 3, Ariela left Ethiopia with Avi to get her son an emergency hernia surgery. Bini stayed behind, which caused some tension for the couple. By the end of the season, she told Bini that she didn’t trust him. She also didn’t want to return to Ethiopia.
Fans can now see more of Ariela and Bini on 90 Day Fiancé Season 9. The two have decided to move forward with a K-1 Visa for Bini to move to the U.S. However, as they start their life together in New Jersey, they’ll experience disapproval from Bini’s sisters, Wish and Mimi.
