Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou’s relationship has been perplexing fans since they first appeared on 90 Day Fiancé. Tefou had trouble expressing any real interest in Nafziger and the two even called off their wedding. Since they left the show, fans have been wondering where their relationship stands. Now, Tefou just sent out a cute message about Nafziger.

Azan Tefou and Nicole Nafziger’s canceled wedding

Though Nafziger and Tefou didn’t seem to have much in common or chemistry, she went to Morocco to visit him during the fourth season of 90 Day Fiancé. While on the show, Tefou admitted that he wasn’t fully attracted to Nafziger. But despite all of that, they still planned on getting married.

Eventually, they called off the wedding, deciding instead to use the money to open a store in Morocco. Nafziger sent Tefou thousands of dollars but the store never opened.

“I am surprised the purchasing of the store takes precedence over the wedding,” Nicole’s mom Robbalee said at the time. “That looks suspicious. Maybe this whole store thing is Azan’s get-rich-quick scheme.”

People have warned Nicole about Azan

Over the years, rumors have come out about Tefou, stating that he has a whole other family and a wife. When Nafziger stayed in Morocco for months while her daughter May was still in the U.S., fans urged her to come home. Even former 90 Day Fiancé cast member Laura Jallali tried to talk to Nafziger.

“[Nicole] honestly, you need to return to your daughter,” Jallali wrote. “Do not make the same mistake I did, she needs her mom and these men are just users. He has a wife and children. Forget this loser and come back home to the [people] who really love you.”

But Nafziger wasn’t about to let anyone comment on her situation, even if it was a fellow castmember.

“I’m sorry for what happened to you but I would never tell another cast member how their situation is because I don’t know and I don’t know anyone’s story. Please make no mistake, my situation is not yours,” she responded. “Being a cast member, you should know more than anyone to not believe rumors told by liars. I miss my daughter more than anyone can know and no one knows how much me and her call each other.

Still, fans persisted in telling Nafziger that Tefou was no good for her. When one fan commented on one of the reality star’s photos and asked about the rumor that Tefou was married, Nafziger finally cleared the air.

“Not true,” Nafziger said in a comment captured by ScreenRant. “No matter how many times people try to spread that rumor, it still isn’t true.”

Later, she added to her response.

“Yea I wouldn’t try to wreck a family either,” she wrote. “I’m not that kind of person. Y’all can think of me the way you want but I know who I am and I wouldn’t do that.”

Azan writes a heartfelt post

Tefou doesn’t typically talk about his feelings or express them on social media. His Instagram is mostly filled with pictures of his body and videos of him working out. Yesterday, he took a short break from the gym photos to post a cute picture of him and Nafziger.

“I love you soooo much babe and I miss you,” he captioned the image. “And I’m so jealous of people who get to see you every day [red heart emoji].”
