’90 Day Fiancé’: Azan Tefou Posts Cryptic Message Amid Rumors That He and Nicole Nafziger Split
Nicole Nafziger and Azan Tefou haven’t been on 90 Day Fiancé in a number of seasons but fans have still been quite invested in their relationship. From the moment they first appeared on the show, no one was quite sure how legitimate the relationship was. Recently, there have been rumors floating around that the two split, and Tefou has been posting some cryptic messages.
Azan and Nicole’s relationship
When Nafziger first came on 90 Day Fiancé, she was excited to meet Tefou, her Moroccon lover. But as soon as she got to Morocco, it seemed like Tefou wasn’t all that excited to see her. He was hardly ever affectionate with her and admitted that he wasn’t fully attracted to her and wanted her to lose weight.
Later, the two decided to postpone their wedding so that they could open a store in Morocco. This decision raised some red flags for both viewers and Nafziger’s mom, Robbalee, as it seemed weird to prioritize a store over being able to live in the same country as one another.
“I am surprised the purchasing of the store takes precedence over the wedding,” Robbalee said on the show. “That looks suspicious. Maybe this whole store thing is Azan’s get-rich-quick scheme.”
Nafziger gave Tefou thousands of dollars toward the store but it never opened.
Fans want Nicole to leave Azan
Last year, Nafziger went to Morocco to visit Tefou. Because of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, she ended up staying in Morocco much longer than she intended, while her young daughter, May, remained in America.
When fans criticized her and said that she was using the pandemic as an excuse to spend more time with Tefou, Nafziger clapped back in Instagram comments.
“Y’all think you’ve got it all figured out because of whatever you [hear], but [were] you one of the people who had to actually email the government to see? Nope,” she wrote. “Stop judging my [life] and decisions. Just an idea. I know you won’t listen because it’s easier to pin me as a bad mom and gossip about the drama. Soon enough, y’all can take a [peek] into my real life. Maybe.”
Azan Tefou’s cryptic messages
No one ever really knows the status of Tefou and Nafziger’s relationship. Sometimes it seems like the two are living completely independent lives and then out of nowhere, Nafziger will post something that alludes to them still being together. Recently, Tefou posted some cryptic inspirational messages to his Instagram that had fans wondering what was going on.
“Delete the old version of me in your head, it expired,” read one of the quotes.
“Life is going to get hard sometimes, so get the fu*k up and get your sh*t together,” he wrote in another post, captured by ScreenRant. “You’re either an ocean or a puddle. Don’t be a puddle. People walk through puddles like they’re nothing. Oceans fu*king destroy cities.”
In the past, some fans have speculated that it might actually be Nafziger who is running Tefou’s Instagram page. Either way, it’s clear that something is amiss with Tefou right now.
